Employee Sponsored: New Participant

Being that you answered "no" to all of the questions on the "Participant Sign Up" screen, you must create an account. Please follow these steps:

1. Click on "sign up" in the upper right corner of your screen.

2. Then go to the "Register for a CTP Program" tab in the upper right corner.

3. Complete and submit the TPSL EMPLOYEE SPONSORED Registration form.
